Surprisingly, when teaching someone about UX design, the process and experience of baking comes to mind. Baking is a science and a research experience of trials and errors. On top of that, baking and cooking are creative processes.
Similarly, UX Design is not just about the user interfaces, visual designs, and tangible products. UX design is most importantly about the methods, research, and process that leads to an end product with authentic content, personality, and purpose. Just like in baking, there is the visual component, but the most important element to a successful baked good is its taste. So, I invite everyone to relate to UX design no matter their field or interest. UX is not limited to the world of design. UX is applicable and useful in the methods of thinking and mindset when approaching any given challenge, question, issue, or project.
